Position: Generative AI Engineer
Highly competitive salary $30k-$100k a year (based on experience)
High-end hardware (RTX 6000 ADA GPU, Threadripper CPU, etc.)
Total ownership of your work and the ability to drive real product impact
We're hiring a full-time Generative AI Engineer to join us in the Isle of Man. You’ll work closely with the founder and a small high-performing team to design, train, and deploy custom generative AI systems — with full autonomy, world-class hardware, and real product impact.

Research, develop, and fine-tune generative AI models (LLMs, vision models, chatbot pipelines)

Build and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines for production

Deploy inference-ready models in real-world products for content, messaging, and automation

Contribute to architecture decisions and own key components of the AI stack

Stay up to date with emerging techniques and rapidly prototype new ideas
